Stone Bridge Traffic Control is actively hiring Flaggers to support utility crews by maintaining safe, efficient work zones and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to a team-focused environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, up to 40 hours per week
  • Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons

Pay Rate:

  • NH, VT, and ME: $18.50-$19.25/hr (varies upon experience and certification)
  • PA: $16.50 – $17.25/hr  (varies upon experience and certification)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely direct traffic through active work zones
  • Coordinate with utility crews to maintain efficient traffic flow
  • Set up and remove traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades)
  • Ensure the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians
  • Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
  • Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and the public.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and time tracking
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
